Every component of the apple industry is represented by the Apple Processors Association, including farmers, packers, shippers, marketers, processors, suppliers, state/regional associations, and other companies active in the fresh and processed apple industry. 



  • Annual Educational Meetings: APA Members receive discounted rates on registration fees for meetings and e-seminars!

  • New Connections: Connect with industry leaders in an intimate setting at the APA annual meetings.  We offer the opportunity to have one on one conversations and time to bond with decision makers across the US and Internationally.

  • APA Communications: Members receive the APA’s monthly e-newsletter which addresses “hot button issues from the industry including regulatory updates, consumer data, and association news and the bi-annual APA Gram.

  • Advocacy and Regulatory Monitoring: APA headquarters is located in the heart of Washington, DC, steps from the lawmakers and agencies that impact the apple processing business. We closely monitor developments that may impact members operations.

  • Special Projects: The APA sponsors special projects that help members increase their sales; a recent example includes a Central American emerging markets study to develop new markets for U.S. apple products.

  • Networking: APA offers many outstanding networking opportunities among members. The relationship forged between APA suppliers and processors creates ongoing business opportunities and a competitive supply chain.
